On February 12 - 16, 2008, Professor Siegfried Hecker with Keith Luse and Joel Wit visited Pyongyang and the nuclear facility at Yongbyon. On March 14, Professor Hecker reported on the status of the disablement process, discussions with DPRK officials, and his recommendations.
