North Korea Human Rights Act Reauthorization 2008 PL 110-346

This Public Law, which reauthorizes funding for the North Korean Human Rights Act of 2004 (see US Public Law 108-333, http://www.ncnk.org/resources/publications/DPRKHumanRightsAct2004-PL108-333.pdf/file_view) was passed by the House on May 15, 2008. A Senate Amendment was passed on September 22 and the House on September 23. It was signed into law October 7, 2008.
