North Korean Counterterrorism and Non-Proliferation Act 2007

In September 2007 Representative Ros-Lehtinen introduced this bill. There were 12 original cosponsors, 11 Republicans and one Democrat. (At that time, newspapers were reporting that the administration might remove the DPRK from the State Department's list of State Sponsors of Terror as part of Six Party Talks negotiations.) By the end of December 2007, there were 29 co-sponsors, but no sign that the Act would pass.
