U.S.-North Korea Understandings on Verification/Fact Sheet Released by US October 11 2008

This fact sheet was released by the Department of State at the time an announcement was made that the US and the DPRK had made an agreement on a verification protocal, to be approved at a future round of Six Party Talks.
