BG Muhn, Professor of Art in the Department of Art and Art History, Georgetown University, will deliver a public lecture on North Korean art. In his talk, he will explore the culture and art of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK) with a focus on the distinctive meaning of art to the people of North Korea, particularly as it contrasts to Western concepts of art.
