Colleen Moore is a policy, advocacy, and campaign strategy professional focused on advancing a feminist, human-centered US foreign policy. She is currently Director of Peace with Justice at the General Board of Church and Society, United Methodist Church, where she covers global peacebuilding and anti-militarism issues. Colleen previously served as Advocacy Director at Women Cross DMZ where she led legislative strategy on efforts to formally end the Korean War and normalize US-DPRK relations. She received her Master of Arts degree in International Relations from American University's School of International Service and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and International Relations from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Her analysis and commentary has been featured in publications such as The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, NK News, The Diplomat, The Hill, The National Interest, and Responsible Statecraft.
