Ed Royce in February 2015; an amended version passed the House on a 418-2 vote on January 12, 2016. In the Senate, S. 1747 (also the “North Korea Sanctions Enforcement Act”) was introduced by Senators Robert Menendez and Lindsay Graham in July 2015.
