This "Flash Appeal" outlines the coordinated UN Agency programs developed in response to the rains, flooding and mudslides in the DPRK in August 2007. It contains program outlines and appeals for FAO, UNFPA, UNICEF, WFP and WHO, as well as for European Union Program Support Units, known as EUPs, the name given to European Union NGOs operating in the DPRK.
